| How long does it take to complete a project? | |||||||||||
Projects time frames are indivualy tailored to meet the needs of clients. Each project involves diffrent tasks that can vary in the amount of work that has to be completed. However you can speed the process up by gathering up all information requested and reply to e-mails promptly. | |||||||||||
| How do I get my project files? | |||||||||||
| Once the final payment for the project has been received, a link will be sent to download the files. The Clients page section is also another area where you can download the files. In addition to downloading the files a CD copy of the project files will be sent to you at no cost. | |||||||||||
| How long do you keep a copy of my project files? | |||||||||||
| A copy is kept for six months at no charge. For a small monthly fee a backup copy of your files can be kept for longer. | |||||||||||
| How do I get my site online? | |||||||||||
| In addition to design innovation MaxGraphics is able to host your site. For an additional fee MaxGraphics is able to offer you website updates. | |||||||||||
